At Eluvation, we believe learning should do more than transfer information. It should increase the capacity of people, strengthen the programs and organizations they serve, and create the conditions for sustainable impact. Our work is grounded in three interconnected principles: Curriculum, Culture, and Wellness.
Curriculum provides the structure for learning. Culture provides the context that makes learning meaningful. Wellness supports the human capacity necessary to sustain growth and change.
We call this Eluvation—using intentional learning and development to move people, programs, and organizations toward greater capacity and impact. Curriculum gives learning structure. Culture gives learning context. Wellness gives learning sustainability.

Founder & Chief Eluvation Officer
Arts, Culture & Education Specialist | Curriculum Architect | Professional Learning Facilitator
Dr. Craddock brings more than two decades of experience in curriculum development across K–12 and higher education, arts and cultural education, professional development, and organizational learning. Her work spans training and facilitation, and includes experience delivering learning solutions within government and public-sector contexts — grounding Eluvation's frameworks in both academic rigor and real-world practice.
