There are some days when we are not quite sure how we were going to make it and we need a little encouragement.  This journal provides that boost when we need a little pick me up.  We always have all of the tools we need to help us navigate through every situation. We each have our own gifts that can be unlocked through the use of our culture. My commitment is to help as many people I know to discover the tools to create their own medicine.
